The first question that came to my mind during the creation of this study was, from what spectrum of opinion to approach this issue? Naturally, it is not easy to find a point in the tangle of many professional publications, magazines and works to connect the topic of artificial intelligence and open up ethical issues so that it can be formulated into a clear study. But first, I should start at the beginning. It is the year 1920, the book R.U.R by Karel Capek comes to the book market. A ground-breaking work in the field of artificial intelligence with a huge number of pronounced, but also unspoken ethical questions. Naturally at the time, it was a utopian notion, or science fiction. For the first time, the word robot, derived from the word robota, was used in connection with man and something that resembles him in appearance, but with abilities in many, if not all, surpassing him. Hand in hand with the first robot, even if only fictitious, the first ethical questions arose about the morality of such a step by a man who wants to approach the mystery of creation or his own destruction. Capek establishes the main ethical areas which, despite the fact that a century has passed since the publication of his book, remain open. The first is whether we have the moral right to create something more intelligent than ourselves, which we would control and use, only as a thing to serve us. The second question is whether we have the right to take the job of thousands of people, because their work can be done easier, cheaper and faster. Isn´t it work that made us who we are? To what extent should we actually simplify the work process so that we do not cause social unrest among those who lose their jobs and cannot replace it, or do we allow artificial intelligence to decide for us who, where and when to work? Another ethical problem is the problem of misuse of artificial intelligence to the detriment of man and his existence, crime, manipulation, for political purposes. For this reason, in the study I will deal with an overview not only of authors and their works in the field of artificial intelligence, but also of organizations that deal with the work and research of artificial intelligence. In the topic of artificial intelligence, it must be clearly a cooperation of the scientific, private, state, but also society-wide sectors. The overview of this cooperation is the aim of this paper.

Ongoing reform within the system of support and intervention for children with conduct disorders has its outcomes in internal documents in re-education centres. Presented study aims to analyse evaluation systems from the core sample. There is a formal comparison of documents regarding to their goals, and text structure. The study results indicate variability in the text structuring. Internal congruence is hard to handle. In the daily and weekly evaluation prevails the behaviour evaluation based on the scoring chart within plus and minus points. Furthermore, in the concluding is mentioned contextual factor of the documents and differences among them.

AIMS: The research article seeks answers to these two questions: What socio-pathological phenomena do we encounter in the school environment? Who provides prevention against these phenomena? METHODS: We have chosen the method of data collection using a questionnaire precisely because we wanted to get to know the teachers’ honest opinions on social work in the education sector and to reveal the socio-pathological phenomena that occur in these schools. We have managed to conduct the research at 4 primary schools in the Nitra region – 52 teachers filled in the questionnaires, 32 of which were form tutors, and the average teaching practice was 15.8 years. Of the total number of form tutors, 17 have been teaching at the first level and 15 at the second level of primary schools. RESULTS: Our findings point to several facts which support reflection on the need for school social work. This particularly includes the teachers’ acknowledgement that socio-pathological phenomena are present in primary schools – school social workers can provide support to pupils, help them to overcome educational problems caused by social problems, help to integrate pupils with special educational needs, and carry out prevention. IMPLICATIONS FOR SOCIAL WORK: It should be noted that the school only complements and shapes the educational process, which must first and foremost be created in the home environment. And here, again, we see a place where social workers could be of use – working with the student’s family. The school social worker should be in contact with the pupils and their parents in order to really help them in the event of a problem.

Introduction: The treatment of oncological illnesses despite it is many times successful bat brings too many negatives. The most important are the side effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The manifestations of side effects may be early and late, damage various organs and systems. A dreaded complication is the destruction of the oral cavity. Oral mucosal infection, tongue and lips defects, taste disturbance, decreased salivation and so on reduce the quality of life of patients. Therefore is very important early diagnostics, treatment and team care. Especially in institutional care is the nurse an important member of the interprofessional team. Aim: The main aim was to present the specifics of nursing and team care of the oral cavity of a patient after oncostatic treatment. The partial goals were- To point out the importance of interdisciplinary care in the treatment of cancer patients. Compare oral care to patients after chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Material and research methods: The main method was case study. Additional methods were unstructured and semi-structured interviews, observation, document analysis, assessment scales (VAS, WHO MDU criteria, Oral Complication Assessment Criteria and MDIs according to NCI CTC criteria). The subjects of the research were patients treated at the Clinic of radiation and clinical oncology of UVN in Ružomberok. One patient was treated with chemotherapy and another radiotherapy. Patient selection was deliberate. Results: By qualitative analysis we found that both patients had oral complication of cancer treatment. The first patient had ulcerative mucositis, mucosal burning and impaired sensation of taste and swollen swelling. The other patient had neutropenia and toxic mucositis. Both had local and general treatment as well as a diet regimen. During patient hospitalization and outpatient treatment, difficulties have been alleviated. Conclusions: Professional oral care of cancer patients is very important. It includes not only the treatment of the affected oral mucosa, but also preventive measures and thorough hygiene of the oral cavity. Nurses and doctors, through their responsible attitudes and regular control, make a significant help to identifying the problem, timely treatment, improving the comfort and health of the patient.

The main topic is the drug monitoring system called MSDL and drug management in social services facilities. The aim is to provide basic information about drug management, clients of social services facilities and prescription of inappropriate medicines. The work is a review of the management of medicines in social services facilities focusing on the areas of prescription, administration and drug waste.

The aim of the paper is to point out the mutual relationship and contribution of two scientific disciplines, such as special pedagogy and social pedagogy, especially in solving problematic, risky or disturbed behavior, which is significantly present in the representatives of the current young generation.

Introduction: The period of recent years is characterized by the increasingly expansive use of information and communication technologies and the Internet. These facts also apply to the health sector and also have or may have an impact on more effective provision of information to patients and better education. Aim: The article points out the importance of providing information to surgical patients, advantages and disadvantages of electronic information sources, but above all presents the results of a survey to find out to what extent hospitals use their websites to publish information to surgical patients. Material and methods: The method of content analysis of the websites of 71 hospitals in the Slovak Republic was used for data collection. Results: 16 hospitals have information or instructions addressed to surgical patients on their website in a folder for patients or the public, to varying degrees and in content. Conclusion: Prerequisites for improving the provision of information to surgical patients via the Internet are computer literacy of staff and patients, adequate material and technical equipment of healthcare facilities, Internet access, critical analysis of published information, language correction and graphics design.

The aim of this paper is to analyze the basic concepts of artificial intelligence ethics. Given that this topic is part of applied ethics, it is necessary to formulate in this context the basic concepts with which the ethics of artificial intelligence works. We start from the futurological paradigm, which is characterized by the fact that it is open to several possible visions of the functioning of the world. Ethics has applications in many industries and disciplines, and in recent decades it has become a topic in the context of artificial intelligence. After studying the literature, I found a certain inconsistency in terms, so in this article I will try to outline the possibilities of individual technical terms from the position of ethics. In the first parts of the work I focus on explaining the very concept of man, artificial intelligence and ethics, in the following part I put them into a relationship. It is an outline of a possible understanding of new relationships within a newly formulated future. We used the method of theoretical analysis of Internet texts, books and professional studies. As part of the work, we also used a logical-factual analysis, on the basis of which we combined knowledge into proposals for extended or new possible definitions of terms related to the ethics of artificial intelligence.

In this article, we focus on the issue of motivating low-skilled adults to education and learning. The main problem is the concentration of people with a low or missing level of education in marginalized Roma settlements, but in the text we do not deal exclusively with these adults. In particular, we focus on the motivation to engage in education aimed at increasing the level of education (segment of formal school adult education – second chance education). A large part of marginalized adults, especially residents of Roma segregated and separated communities, reach a very low level of education for generations (predominantly completed primary education, incomplete primary education, special primary school). We draw attention to the insufficient efforts to address this issue both at the political level and at the level of school practice and research. Research is mainly focused on examining the motivation of those who have been involved in education. Our intention is to draw attention to issues of motivation, significantly associated with barriers to education of various kinds of disadvantaged adults, especially those with the lack of education, qualifications and employment resulting from their long-term life situation characterized by signs of a culture of poverty.

The authors of this paper present the fundamental theoretical-philosophical approaches, principles and constructs of the psychotherapeutic modality "Gestalt". Their goal is to improve andragogical actions that further develop the adult docility (ability to learn) more effectively as well as to enrich andragogical theory and practice. The usefulness of the modality they have chosen for the field of adult education is demonstrated by their general objective, namely a harmonious personality capable of learning.

The study presents basic socio-philosophical grounds of liberal demand for state neutrality, while the main subject of the analysis are selected concepts of state neutrality and particular aspects of moral and vaue pluralism in contemporary democratic society. The study subsequently draws attention to the necessity of searching the space for enhancement of public morality as well as various concepts of (ethically) neutral state from the communitarian concept of the so-called moral dialogue, which results in a shated moral understanding on value and ethically relevant issues.

Bullying is a serious and, unfortunately, common phenomenon. It is most often present in the school environment. In principle, it has mainly two actors, the aggressor and the victim. However, the role of the viewer must also be considered important. It is these participants who can influence bullying, whether actively or passively. In this context, it is therefore appropriate to mention the Bystander effect in connection with bullying. The research within the dissertation was carried out at the primary school through qualitative methods. The analysis of the obtained data was performed using statistical methods. The research sample was a group of students attending the 8th grade. The study will be presented as a partial output of research results supplemented by the issue of the role of spectators in the process of bullying.

The aim of the paper is to point out the issue of defense mechanisms in patients with depressive disorder, focusing especially on the field of use of diagnostic tools in the psychotherapeutic process for the purpose of mapping defensive mechanisms, as well as the contribution of defense mechanisms in therapeutic process.

The authors understand wisdom as the ideal goal of all (auto)formative endeavors, both in adulthood and throughout the life of an individual. They consider wisdom to be the ultimate ability of operative and spiritual-ethical management of tasks in the infinite variety of rapidly changing work and life realities. The authors offer a reflection of wisdom, its meaning and ways in which it can be approached through adult education and learning.

This thesis is focused on explanation of the phenomenon of singles and their perception by society. In the theoretical part it describes the historical background in the transformation of relationships, which contributed to the rising number of singles. It also points out motives influencing the emergence of singles and attention also focuses to existence on gender differences related to singles. The aim of the empirical part is to find out, how singles are perceived compared with people who are married. A questionnaire was used consisting of eight descriptive stories, and respondents attributed to them individual character traits based on the Likert 5-point scale. The research sample comprised of a total 110 participants, aged from 20 to 40 years who are in permanent employment or who are students. The results of our research show that married people are perceived better like singles. The singles were perceived as lonelier, less happy and less caring than people in marriage. However, singles people were rated as more social and more sophisticated. Our findings open up many questions about the existence of stereotypes against singles and stimulate people to explore the singles phenomenon.

Bullying is the often socio - pathological phenomena in primary and secondary schools. Maybe almost every one of us has met this at least once. Whether in the position of a bystander, victim or aggressor. A lot of research has been realized out on the issue of bullying. On the one hand, it is research at home, but in abroad countries too. In most cases, questionnaire tools evaluated by quantitative methods were used for data collection. However, the research of bullying, whether it is a bullying process or, for example, the identification of the causes that trigger it, through participatory long-term observation is absented. Each research method has its pros and cons. In the article I will compare the method of observation and the questionnaire in the context of the research of bullying. The content will be supplemented by findings that results from the research, which was part of my dissertation.

In the pre-school period, the preconditions of the child for further education in primary school are formed. Towards a kindergarten, a number of requirements are placed, which result mainly from the expectations of the family and also the primary school, society. The aim of the presented paper is to theoretically approach the pre-school preparation of future pupils with an emphasis on the importance of teaching - cognitive activities. In the paper, we also deal with the cooperation of the family and preschool environment, which have an impact on the success of the students adaptation process.

Nursing and residential homes facility should maintain a current, accurate and reliable record of the drugs prescribed and given to a resident. The correct use of a medication chart can meet this requirement. The hard-copy of Nursing and Residential homes Medication Chart aims to provide a standard form for the prescription, dispensing and administration of drugs. In addition to providing a comprehensive record, it should facilitate communications between health professionals who are unlikely to visit nursing and residential facilities at the same time. The chart will also enable pharmacists to supply most drugs without the need for a separate prescription. This should reduce transcription errors and avoid delays in the supply of medicines.

Giving the medications, nurse should pay attention to the principles of “six of rights", namely: right of patient, right medication, right dose, right way, right time, and right documentation. There are more than a half of nurses in a ward who are not providing medications in accordance with the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP). The purpose of this study was to determine of the relationship between applications of Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) six rights of medication administration by nurses and patient satisfaction. Methods: This study was using cross sectional design. There were 12 respondents taken by accidental sampling. This research was conducted in February 2019. Data collection used questionnaires and observation. Chi-Square test was used to analyze data. It can be known from 30 respondents who had six right in application of medication administration was performed good (50%) then respondents were satisfied (50%). Results: The results showed the significant relationship between the six rights of medication administration by nurse and the level of patient satisfaction (p = 0.003). Conclusion: It can be inferred that the higher interaction that occurs between nurse and patient in applying the principles of medication administration, it will higher patient satisfaction. Nurses suggested applying the six rights during medication administration.

At the same time, it points out to the influence of this social problem in relation to individual members of the family from different aspects. It is divided into two parts, the first is devoted to the specific impact of unemployment on this client group of social work. The second part deals with the possibilities of the preventive actions of social workers in solving the unemployment impact on families.

The paper focuses on the characteristics and categorization of children with behavioural disorders. We focus on the causes of childrens problems and behavioural disorders. In the paper we present forms of prevention of socio-pathological phenomena of children and point out the importance of the role and competences of the school in the prevention of socio-pathological behaviour of pupils.

The aim of this essay is not to attempt a complete description of the history of science and the development of scientific philosophy in the historical period. Consideration will be limited to some specific characteristics of major episodes that are relevant to current scientific practice. The study of the history of science in connection with its philosophy is much more important than just antique curiosity. Furthermore, this essay mentions as a practical example of the importance of skepticism the decipherment of the Mayan script - the Thompson affair. It brings us an understanding of the different lines of thought and reasoning that have led to the hypotheses and discoveries of major contributors to progress, and makes them worthy of todays application and reassessment in the light of recent discoveries.

In the article we will talk about alcoholism and violence in the family of a student who will share his experience and his testimony, which he experienced in his natural, socio-pathological environment, where alcohol and domestic violence were the main place and not his family, which affected his life.
